1 — Your email

Enter the same email as on your metering-point profile in Immo Attert — Group (demo). We’ll email a magic link — after you open it, you continue enrollment (bill, RIB, contract) signed in.

Before your energy data appears

Follow these steps if you joined via the community link but your metering point is not linked yet. Your dashboard stays empty until Leneda is set up and your administrator registers your POD with the same email you use here.

  1. Step 1 — Leneda (CREOS consumption platform)

    Register on the Luxembourg smart-metering platform and grant data access to the community representative.

    • Create or sign in to your account on Leneda
    • Grant representation to your community representative
    • Ask your community administrator for the representative Energy ID to enter in Leneda.
    • Then submit your own Energy ID in the form below so your administrator can verify Leneda access.
  2. Step 2 — e-community onboarding

    Wait for the e-community onboarding email and follow the link to finish your setup.

  3. Important — keep your energy contract
    You do not need to cancel your contract with your energy provider (Enovos, Sudenergie, etc.).
